Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Litigation Attorney located in San Diego, CA. The Associate Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as : Drafting legal documentsConducting legal researchPreparing motionsConducting depositionsQualifications- 1-3 years experience as a licensed attorney. Will consider newly barred with intern experience.- Litigation experience that includes skills involving drafting and arguing motions and conducting depositions.- Strong knowledge of California Civil Procedures and legal precedents and procedures.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively, both orally and in writing.- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.- Active license to practice law in California.- Prior experience working as a litigation attorney is a must.- Experience in cannabis and land use law would be beneficial, but not required.Company infoConfidential#J-18808-Ljbffr
