Overview:
We are seeking an Auto Body Parts Coordinator to join our team. As an Auto Body Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking in, organizing, and returning parts. This is a great opportunity to utilize your organization and detail oriented skills and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Check in parts
- Organize parts to designated area
- Keep log of parts that are here and what parts are still pending
- Return parts as necessary
- Check parts are not damage upon delivery
- Help with shop office (i.e. answer phones and greet customers)
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Entry Level Position
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with shipping and receiving of auto parts is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
