We are looking for an Global Customer Coordination & Planning Manager to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role is based in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments to schedule customer visits and tours
- Assist in organizing special events, presentations, and meetings during visits
- Assist with the preparation of customer presentations and meeting materials
- Manage external visitors including customers and investors
- Arrange transportation, accommodations, and meals for visitors as needed
- Maintain records of all visits, including feedback and follow-up actions
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor visits accordingly
- Prepare detailed briefing packages of visitors for the executive team to review prior to visits
- Handle business details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Skills and Experience:
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to speak clearly and succinctly relative to needs, questions, goals, etc.
- Deep knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), videoconferencing tools, and ability to quickly learn new technologies. Understanding of MS SharePoint, MS Team, Oracle, ADP and Workday would be an added advantage
- Project Management skills/ability to prioritize work and balance several work streams
- Experience and confidence in independent problem resolution and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
- Exceptional ethical standards, empathy, sense of humor and ability to work with diverse personalities
- Reliable and accessible; available in the office during normal working hours and available during off hours, as required
- Team player, compassionate and excellent people skills
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of program management, event planning or customer service preferably in a Sales/Marketing environment
- College degree preferred

Salary Ranges:
$118,900.00 - $171,100.00Salary : $118,900 - $171,100
