We are looking for a Manufacturing Business Analyst Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to the Director, Production Control and Systems Integration and based in Newark, DE.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop datasets that serve as sources for various reports and enterprise data marts.

Analyze datasets – perform exploratory analysis, data manipulation, or data modeling for deliverables.

Lead or facilitate meetings to translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to support future reporting and visualizations.

Dashboard development.

Monitor and update existing dashboards.

Leverage advanced SQL and experiences with BI reporting tools to analyze data, build KPI reports and dashboards to measure performance and drive business action. 

Gather and analyze data on ad hoc basis for the organization.

Skills and Experience:  

Must be a junior or senior graduating by Summer 2026

This internship program is from June to August 2025 

Knowledge/experience of writing SQL queries in databases such as MYSQL, Oracle etc.

Working knowledge of PC business software applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or similar toolset etc.

Knowledge/experience of visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, looker, Amazon QuickSight etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Reporting concepts and terminology.

Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain and/or demand planning.

Minimum GPA 3.0.

Authorized to work 40 hours or more each week.

Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Master’s program, or recent completion of Bachelor’s degree in the following fields – Business Analytics, Engineering Management, Computer Science / Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
