The Material Verifier will be a part of the Materials department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 75 lbs, as well as stand and walk throughout the day for 6 hours of the shift. This role will be expected to verify and inspect all material deliveries, check for damage, and review daily receiving reports; audit items ordered versus what is received from vendors and communicate delays or discrepancies timely; pick up orders and materials offsite as needed; assist department leaders to identify and manage slow moving materials with staging, storage, disposal and tracking; perform cycle counts on materials to balance inventory shortages and overstock; and complete inventory preparation audits in each department. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) physical and drug screen that includes marijuana testing. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments. This role requires effective communication skills, basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Excel, and customer service experience. Prior materials experience in a recent role is desired.
The pay is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour with eligibility to receive a monthly administrative bonus.
