Experienced Tesla-Certified Collision Technician

101 Collision Center is a premier collision repair facility specializing in Tesla repairs. As a Tesla-certified shop, we uphold the highest standards in craftsmanship and innovation. We're looking for a highly skilled technician with experience working on Tesla's to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on Tesla vehicles, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct structural repairs, panel replacements, and refinishing as needed.
- Utilize Tesla Toolbox for diagnostics, calibrations, and software-related repairs.
- Work with Tesla repair procedures and diagnostic tools to ensure precise repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other team members for seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Tesla certification or prior experience working on Tesla vehicles.
- Proficiency with Tesla Toolbox for diagnostics and calibrations.
- I-CAR certifications preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum repair and EV safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Must have own tools; specialty Tesla tools provided by the shop.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
