Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct account reconciliation and ensure accuracy
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks
- Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Utilize Xero or similar financial software for bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of technical accounting skills
- Proficiency in financial software such as Xero
- Familiarity with debits and credits
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
