As an Senior Design Lead Engineer, you will be a part of the team working on innovative power solutions, participating in every phase of the IC development from architecture definition to the full product release. Focused products will include multiphase voltage regulators developed for powering high current processors and ASICs cores.
Such role implies collaboration and coordination with other roles/department inside the company such as analog/digital design, layout, testing, quality, process, business, through the product development cycle.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Analog design of leading edge multiphase controller products
- Define digital interaction for the sub-blocks
- Handle block/macroblock and top-level simulations (Analog/DMS/AMS).
- Generate all the documentation needed for the entire design flow.
- Lead lab evaluation and product debug.
- In conjunction with TE, support all test activities including correlation and Characterization to support production release
