Job Summary
The successful candidate will work with the PT (Parametric Test) team and will work closely with the integration team. They will gain understanding of PT hardware and code and use it to debug issues and develop new tests.
Key Responsibilities
-work with a Unix/Linux based operating system
-work with PT hardware including Agilent 4062/4082 testers and TEL P8XL/Accretech AP3000e probers
-Developing test and utilities code in RMB, Perl, korn shell for Keysight/Agilent testers
-understanding of Si test parameters and their relationship to test code
-determine if issues are test hardware, code, or wafer dependent
-work in a cleanroom environment to debug code
Minimum Qualifications
-BS in EE or associated engineering field
-3.0 GPA or greater
-Experience with parametric tester systems (Keysight/Agilent, Keithly, Reedholm)
-Experience working in a team environment and managing multiple tasks
-Experience coding
-understanding of basic parametric tests eg: Vt, Isat, Vbd, Tox
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Keysight/Agilent parametric testers
- Experience with LINUX/UNIX

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
