Description:
ADI’s WW Distribution Channel Team is seeking a passionate, process driven operations analyst with the goal of assisting in review and implementation of compliance with our Global Distribution Partner Arrow Electronics, Inc.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Spearhead all compliance related items for our Global Distribution Partner Arrow Electronics
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across Arrow, to better understand processes and controls in each of the regions and separate ERP systems
- Work closely with our distribution partners to enact change where they are not in compliance with our policies and procedures; including discussions around enhancing controls and automation to drive results
- Perform margin analysis to accurately tag situations where distributors are not in compliance with our distribution agreement
- Review distributor POS and ship & debit claim reporting for accuracy and completion based on our agreed upon reporting requirements
- Provide support in identifying process gaps and implementing solutions to improve business processes
- Partner with internal audit for distribution reviews and create systematic action with our distribution partner on audit findings
- Create risk assessment with milestones which can be tracked with results shared to executive management
Qualifications of ADI’s Operations Analyst:
- BS/BA required
- Highly detail oriented and solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Background using data to drive business decisions
- Background in data analytics preferred
- Knowledge of Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools preferred
- Must have a general understanding of the semiconductor distribution channel
- Knowledge of audit procedures/processes preferred
