Job Responsibilities for Reliability Technician - ADI Reliability Department
- Execute reliability test activities, including:
- High Temperature Operation Life (HTOL)
- Early Light Failure Rate (ELFR)
- Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST/humidity bias)
- Temperature Humidity Biased (THB)
- Temperature Cycle Test (TCT)
- High Temperature Storage (HTS)
Required Skills
- Experience with non-destructive techniques, including Scanning Acoustic Microscopy for device/package delamination inspection and X-ray analysis.
- Ability to read electronic and electrical schematics to perform bench tests and build intermediate-level hardware.
- Proficiency with bench and electrical characterization equipment, including DC power supplies, curve tracers, and multimeters.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access for preparing customized reports and verifying result accuracy.
- Proven ability to prioritize projects and deliver results on time.
- Ability to complete assignments accurately with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills.
Education
- Minimum: High school diploma
- Preferred: AA/AS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
