Job Responsibilities for Reliability Technician - ADI Reliability Department

• Execute reliability test activities, including:
  • High Temperature Operation Life (HTOL)
  • Early Light Failure Rate (ELFR)
  • Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST/humidity bias)
  • Temperature Humidity Biased (THB)
  • Temperature Cycle Test (TCT)
  • High Temperature Storage (HTS)

Required Skills

• Experience with non-destructive techniques, including Scanning Acoustic Microscopy for device/package delamination inspection and X-ray analysis.
• Ability to read electronic and electrical schematics to perform bench tests and build intermediate-level hardware.
• Proficiency with bench and electrical characterization equipment, including DC power supplies, curve tracers, and multimeters.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access for preparing customized reports and verifying result accuracy.
• Proven ability to prioritize projects and deliver results on time.
• Ability to complete assignments accurately with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills.

Education

• Minimum: High school diploma
• Preferred: AA/AS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
