Customer Centric Operations provides a differentiated level of service to North American customers and resources dedicated to our top Multinational Chain, Foodservice and Retail accounts. The Customer Centric Operations Specialist is responsible for providing order management support to Lamb Weston’s customers. Daily responsibilities include processing incoming orders received through multiple channels (EDI & Email), providing support to customer order inquiries, processing change order requests, and working collaboratively within the Supply Chain to meet and exceed Lamb Weston’s high service metrics and quality standards. A person in this role will interact with a wide variety of internal departments including Sales, Planning, Logistics and Global Business Services. This team partners with the Supply Chain Customer Facing Directors (CFD) on continuous improvement opportunities, and supports Service as Measured by the Customer (SAMBC) initiatives. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Individuals in this position must: Provide an exceptional customer experience through positive, friendly, and professional order processing and communication. Review, audit, and enforce purchase order requirements as outlined in the Lamb Weston North American Logistics Policy. Process customer change orders that are aligned with production and logistical priorities. Process customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring key performance indicators are met. Provide clear and timely communication of order status to Sr. Specialists, customers, sales, and Customer Facing Director (CFD). Work collaboratively with other Lamb Weston Supply Chain departments in support of company strategies. Manage specific customer accounts from order submission through shipment as directed by the Manager. Willingness to participate in special project assignments assigned by the Manager Basic & Preferred Qualifications Skills Required Experience with Microsoft Office preferred including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new systems quickly; experience in SAP, Salesforce & DOMO are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication required. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills. Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred, or equivalent related experience. Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management or Customer Service-related roles Language Skills Ability to read, write and speak in English required.
