Job Posting: EPCU Archivist Work Location: Onsite Baltimore, MD Parexel Early Phase Clinical Unit supports the development of innovative new medicines which are vital for public health, improving outcomes, and saving lives. The early phase and “first in human” trials are the first step in testing these novel treatments in humans. At Parexel’s Baltimore, MD unit the EPCU Archivist effectively supports the clinical operations teams by organizing, maintaining, and archiving study files, medical records, and other clinical records in compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards. Key Accountabilities: Indexing and administration of files. Filing charts and case report forms by study, upon study closure and preparing them for archiving Developing and implementing organizational strategies for all clinical and study records, for both active records and records within the internal archive. Labeling and maintaining inventory records for short- and long-term storage of documents. Placing study files within the internal archive. Preparing study files for long term storage. Coordinating and organizing delivery to external storage facility. Maintaining the file room in a neat and orderly fashion. Insuring coverage of the file room. Organize and maintain electronic files within the clinic’s shared network drives Delivering incoming lab and medical reports to appropriate staff Provide prompt response to medical records request Timely submission of medical records requests Management of participant payment process All other duties as assigned Your Profile: Extensive administrative experience, ideally within a medical environment Proven expertise in systematic document recording and filing or similar roles Capable of working autonomously and managing tasks responsibly Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proficient computer skills GED or High School diploma required Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour Actual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel’s annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review and additional total rewards incentives.
