Applicants must be able to work full-time in the Durham, NC office Monday-Friday. Laptop Setup Interns will work alongside Data & Technology team members to participate in the activities related to enabling and delivering data and technology solutions to our Parexel employees. This role will primarily support the transition of 4,000 laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for employees across North America. Daily Tasks: Re-imaging Windows 10 laptops with Windows 11 through USB thumb drive Assisting with the provisioning of all new laptops via Intune Running diagnostic test on all use laptops Cleaning and sanitizing all used laptops Updating the Windows 11 deployment tracker as deployment proceeds Sending emails to users who have not responded to rollout requests Sending emails to users who have had their old Windows 10 laptop for longer than 5 Business days Helping repairs damaged laptops by calling Lenovo and logging a service call Updating asset record in Assyst Database Helping to remove used laptops from Active Directory and Intune so we can re-import the hash file. Printing, packaging and shipping laptops to end users and managing return of old once. Helping the team in any and all aspects of the job to accomplish the task in a timely manner.
