- This position is mainly responsible for IC/Semiconductor investigation, failure analysis and supplier audit
- The right candidate should be familiar with front-end/back-end of Semiconductor
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct failure analysis on IC/Semiconductor, dig deeply into the component principles, machine operation, process control, and even fab’s know-how
- Review electronics design to ensure using the most cost-effective component
- Manage corporate electronic components library including new components recognition review, existing components lifetime management, components recommendation priority etc.
- Support for supplier audit
- Conduct electronics components survey and grasp the trend of components development
- New supplier and new component evaluation
Requirements
- Master / Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, IC or Semiconductor related disciplines
- 3 years or above FA experience in Semiconductor field,
- Familiar with automotive electronics will be a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to learn and good team spirit
- Working locations: Primary working in Guangdong (Shenzhen/Jiangmen), PRC, with occasion traveling to Hong Kong, Taiwan, US etc.
