Systems Analyst - Business Intelligence & Analytics

Do you have a curious mind where you can think outside the box?  Are you passionate about creating a new process or improving an existing process that will help the company exceed on the leading edge of technology?  If so, this position may be right up your alley!  We are looking for a technical analyst who can use their innovative vision by using their skills and imagination to provide business intelligence services and solutions to the Conagra Brands Organization.  Reporting to the Manager of IT, you will be a member of the Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) team, a part of the Conagra Brands Global Business Information Services (GBIS) Automation Center of Excellence (ACOE).

You Will (Position Responsibilities):

• Build strong relationships with business customers and IT teams.

• Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and ability to tell a story of the results 

• Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions

• Design reporting metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution

• Participate in problem resolution that improves business processes

• Accommodate customer requests

• Partner throughout the company and with various levels within the organization

• Design business processes and recommend improvements

• Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues

• Summarize and communicate recommendations to leadership

You Have (Position Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree required in business or technology related field

• 3 years of experience

• Experience within an Agile Methodology framework.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and integrate them into key business intelligence processes

• Technical skills aptitude that allow for ease in learning cutting-edge business processes, data models and solution tools

• Proficient in writing SQL queries to perform data analysis and/or produce reports for business usage.

• Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), or Alteryx software.

• Exposure to ERP applications, (SAP R3, S4, BI and Business Objects) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exposure to Cloud Analytics Tools, such as Snowflake

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software experience including UiPath is preferred.

• R, Python or other language used for statistical modeling and/or machine learning a plus.

• Ability to work in Omaha, NE 3 days per week in the office (Tues-Thurs). Optional remote days are Monday & Friday.

Compensation: 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.

Salary : $71,300 - $104,600
