Job Duties:
Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts/components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort units
Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor
Perform a variety of packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment. Enclose with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and seal with packaging tools.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to work in a production environment with consistent work on your feet
Must provide your own steel toed shoes (other PPE provided by JCI)
Perform physical work including standing, bending, or lifting up to 50 pounds
While some experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, this role is 100% entry-level with on-the-job training
This role is for 3rd Shift (10pm to 6am) with some mandatory OT required either after the shift or on the weekends.
