The Position
Arch is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the daily operations for the planning and execution of the Agents of Transformation (AoT) Internship Program. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing a talent pipeline of top student scholars for their future careers in the corporate world.
This position works cross-functionally throughout the year, heavily interacting with many stakeholders from Arch Business Units, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT. This position will also heavily collaborate with AoT internship internal and external partners as well as the leaders of Arch’s employee network groups.
This position will administrate program logistics and communications, and continuously improve the quality and delivery of our program year over year.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the annual planning and direction of the Agents of Transformation (AoT) internship program.
• Provide AoT recruitment assistance for university relations and sourcing talent.
• Project-manage the curriculum development for the program, communicating with company leaders to ensure they are prepared for their respective program instruction.
• Coordinate and execute all program logistics planning and communications.
• Supervise AoT program set-up and operations on-site and monitor program outcomes to ensure the highest quality experience for students, facilitators, mentors, and special guests.
• Maintain relationships for all AoT alumni and work with Talent Acquisition for re-recruitment efforts. Coordinate and lead all details of the Agents of Transformation “Year 2” program for returning alumni.
• Collaborate with Black Professionals and Allies Employee Network leadership to coordinate and publicize internal and external professional development opportunities
• Create and manage updates to AoT standard process documentation and templates.
• Create and manage AoT intern communication hub/portal.
• Manage logistics budget and expense reporting for the program.
• Create reports and provide periodic updates to leadership on program progress.

Education
