We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for our St. Louis office.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Oversee front desk reception responsibilities, welcome and direct clients, maintain conference room
- Maintain inventory of office/kitchen/building supplies and communicate with vendors on supply needs
- Responsible for outgoing and incoming mail, including packages, through USPS and UPS, and maintaining postage meter and mailing supplies
- Scan and distribute invoices to PayScan and Property Managers
- Scan and distribute CAM invoices
- Obtain backup invoices for annual Tax/Insurance/CAM reconciliations
- Maintain current vendor contact information by tracking receipt of service agreements, COI’s and W-9’s
- Mail delinquency statements
- Generate and mail rent increase letters to tenants
- Obtain documentation, proofread, send, and file Service Agreements
- Answer vendor, tenant, owner inquiries and/or redirect to appropriate parties
- General kitchen upkeep that is a shared duty with the rest of office staff
- Assist in other general administrative duties as the business requires
The ideal candidate will:
- Identify as a team player and self-starter
- Have experience navigating a multitude of software programs such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe, and Yardi (Preferred)
- Be available to work full-time in office
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Pay: Salary - $35,000-$40,000
