JOB_8446 – Supv, Materials Management Job Title: Supv, Materials Management Department: PRH Receiving / Storeroom Location: Unity Hospital Hours Per: Week: 40/hrs Schedule: Days 8a to 4:30p Monday - Friday SUMMARY: Coordinates Inventory replenishment and management for multiple inventory locations. Provides back up leadership to department Manager as needed. Assists with inventory projects and Materials Management Information System as requested. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains adequate and appropriate materials for an effective and efficient inventory/operation for all Inventory locations. Develops and maintains inventory levels for all inventory locations. Communicates with outside vendors on delivery and price reconciliations. Responsible for maintaining Materials Management Information System controls receipts, issues and on hands. Works closely with Distribution Manager on same. Maintains appropriate inventory level for RGHS and affiliates. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent combination of education or experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Detail oriented with the ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback. Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership/supervisory experience is preferred. Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills. Minimum of 3 years experience with supply process and distribution of materials. EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: H - Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires constant walking, standing or squatting. PAY RANGE: $22.00 - $26.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14626 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
