Job summary: The primary role of the FP&A Intern is to analyzes financial data (both historical and forward looking) for strategic and operational decision making. Key deliverables include formulating forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and performing variance analysis. Assist in driving company's performance through commercial assessment of tactical and strategic sales and marketing pricing. Developing a detailed commercial understanding of customer business models, financial performance, and competitor market share. Let’s talk about responsibilities: This internship will provide a deep dive into the financial planning and analysis function. You will learn about financial management, forecasting and budgeting, and work with a variety of tools and programs. Actively participate in a high-performing FP&A department and collaborate with others on the team Exposure and collaboration with other groups in finance, including, for example, accounting Working alongside the Analysts on modeling & special analysis; forecasts and long-range planning Running report collections and data review/entry as needed Working with the team to understand procedures and documenting/updating procedures Let’s talk about qualifications and experience: Currently work towards degree in data & analytics, computer science, economics, or other related subject Ability to plan and implement complex analytic projects and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment Passionate about how digital health can drive improvements in healthcare related to respiratory and sleep health Extremely organized, diligent, and able to multitask We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent.
