The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Performing Quality control checks of Incoming and finished goods. Ensuring compliance to ResMed’s Quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements. Let’s talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of Assembly Operation specialization within the Production & Assembly Job Family is to handle complex tasks that require mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge, diagnostics, and troubleshooting skills. Key responsibilities include: Well-practiced in various assembly line stations, mechanical tools, and their usage. Assembly of components, parts and motor subassemblies. Support roles consist of work in a: (1) clerical, administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting (2) specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work (3) unskilled or semi-skilled operational tasks Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience. Might interact internally to exchange information. Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.
