Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team that speak English/Spanish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires a passion for retail and the ability to connect with customers to meet their needs.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
• Supervise and train new sales staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions and maintaining cash drawer integrity.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback.
• Engage in retail sales activities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Ability to perform engaging product demos that highlight key features.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse customers.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
