Customer Care Coordinator
Reports to: Customer Care Manager
Department: Service
Job Status: Full-Time / Hourly
Duties / Responsibilities:
Manages large numbers of incoming calls.
Handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follows up to ensure resolution.
Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer data, and file documents.
Coordinates service requirements of customers effectively and timely.
Takes the extra mile by inquiring about service requests to ensure one-trip service completion.
Collect and produce driver packets for each home
Oversee the sign out of each home leaving the facility
Troubleshoot road repairs when homes experience issues during transportation
Manage bill backs due to driver damage to either homes or community property
Communicates to CX Manager when shipping damages occur
Maintain physical and electronic records, effectively.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination / administration preferred
Proficient in AS400 and MS Office Products, including Excel.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Must be well organized and able to effectively manage time.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.
Work primarily involves sitting / standing.
