Outpayce is the payments solutions business unit at Amadeus. We are a fast-growing business working with Travel Sellers, Airlines and Hospitality Customers to help them with their payment needs.
Summary of the role:
This position's purpose is to develop and achieve our B2B Payments revenue, adoption and gross margin targets in accordance with the business plan. Collaborate and help build the business/market strategy and execute both business development and commercial/sales plan for the region. Work with the corporate Outpayce team, Issuers, Credit Card networks such as MasterCard and VISA and TRU to execute the plan. Develop and sustain the relationships and alignment with the overall Amadeus collaborating organizations.
A successful Senior Manager for the Americas will ultimately play a role in their customers’ differentiation from their competitors in the B2B Payments arena. Will be also responsible for Commercial guidance and strategy execution to the other Outpayce Sales Managers in the Americas region
In this role you’ll:
Build, develop and maintain structured relationships with Travel Agencies in order to find new opportunities, retain and expand B2B Wallet market share. Working in full coordination with TCH locally to ensure support and customer satisfaction.
Develop requirements documentation clearly reflecting customer requirements. Identify customers’ needs; analyze and propose potential solutions and work together with Payments Team in order to find the best product that fits customers’ requirements.
Collaborate with the product strategy definition, and also with product expansion in the region.
Develop and maintain partnerships with the most important players/partners in the region. Coordinate B2B Wallet implementation process in all main customers in order to guarantee a quick adoption, covering all possible gaps that might appear during this process
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Bilingual - English and Spanish speaking required
10 years’ experience in the B2B Tech and/or Payment industry with sales/business development responsibilities.
Previous Team leadership required.
Knowledge of Fintech, Banking, Payments and/or Credit Card Industry required.
Experience within the Travel Industry
Consultative sales experience and analytical skills
Business Development (Hunter) experience
Ability to travel in the US & Europe
