Job Title: Behavioral Health Professional
Job Location: Kansas - Remote
Job Type: Contract - 8 months
Job Duties:
- Monitor/manage incoming reports for opportunities in gaps in care for FUH.
- Contact members to complete BH Hedis assessment.
- Uses established protocols.
- Independent professional judgment.
- Documents assessment, assist members in scheduling follow up appointments.
Job Requirements:
- Clinical experience
- Medical record/EHR experience
- Strong computer program and navigational sills (excel, EHR, Outlook, etc.)
- HEDIS or NCQA knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of Behavioral Health experience in crisis interventions, case management, behavioral interventions, therapy, assessment and intake, or related area.
- LPC, LSCSW, LMSW, RN w/BH clinical certification
Schedule:
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- An alternating Sun-Thurs and Tues-Sat
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
