Job Type : Contract - 13 weeks with possible extension

Job Duties :

• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Supporting residents with mobility by aiding in transfers, ambulation, and prescribed physical exercises.
• Collecting routine specimens for laboratory analysis as directed.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care, documenting services provided, and noting any changes in residents' conditions.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and comforting environment.
• Ensuring residents' rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents within the facility.
• Adhering to infection control protocols and safety procedures to maintain a healthy environment.
• Collaborating effectively with the healthcare team, including nurses and physicians, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.
