- Checking the patient’s vital signs
- Dressing wounds
- Administering injections and medication
- Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions
- Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in their home
- Using a comprehensive and patient-specific care plan with innovative solutions
- Observing patients’ health
Job Requirements:
- State License Required - Oklahoma
- 1 Years of LVN/LPN experience - Required
- BLS
- NIHSS Certification
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
