This position is for contract work and is intended for future projects as new contracts are secured. Work will be project-based, with timelines and scope varying depending on client needs. This is not a full-time or immediate-hire role but an opportunity to be considered for upcoming contract work as it becomes available.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to design engaging learning programs that enhance business performance
- Apply principles of adult-learning theory to build and facilitate custom learning solutions
- Maintain 100% commitment to the client
- Maintain accurate status of projects, milestones, and tasks
- Diagnose and escalate risks to project team leads
- Maintain current knowledge of industry tools and processes
- Actively participate in and / or facilitate in-person or virtual meetings as needed to support learning projects
- Excellent attention to detail that results in high-quality work
- Enthusiasm for the work
