Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller who will be responsible for the management of the financial resources of 10SB to maximize the short- and long-term financial goals of the company. The FC will also coordinate all financial transactions, systems and procedures complying with regulations, accounting principles and standards.
This position will support the global finance team and senior leadership teams in controlling all financial functions and will liaise with them, providing guidelines and resources to achieve the profitable growth of the business for the US entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
· Provide the finance team with clear direction and guidance and delegate tasks appropriate on both a short- and long-term basis
· Resolve any issues that arise within the team in a timely and professional manner
· Conduct annual performance reviews for finance team
· Identify areas of strength in team members and help them to realize their maximum potential through training or mentoring
Financial Management
· Drive all financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, account payable and receivable, inventory and cost control
· Conduct monthly financial reports including but not limited to:
Month-End Journal Entries
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Populating ETF's with Actuals
Project Summaries
Cash Forecast
New Projects added to Deltek for Bus Dev to reconcile to CRM
· Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to include current year as well as forecasting out 5-year plans
· Daily monitoring of cash balance
· Primary banking contact for all required banking activities
· Deliver all payroll related matters
· Act as primary contact and plan sponsor for the 401(k) plan including all filings and audit activities
· Manage all professional liability policies and review processes, end to end
· Process the annual San Francisco's business tax return
· Participate and file the US Census Bureau
· Act as program manager for our corporate credit card program
· Work closely with the finance teams in other geographical regions to ensure consistency and standards in providing financial management support to the business
· Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators
· Ensure that project plans are updated accurately and that they meet the needs of the business
Delivery of strategic advices related to finance
· Review, update and/or implement policy and procedure manuals to meet the Company’s objectives
· Deliver financial reports, technical expertise, findings and recommendations to the executive team
· Manage the preparation of detail financial analyst reports, profit and loss statement and balance sheets
· Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other financial matters
Requirements
- Over 10 years’ experience as a finance executive OR a comparable position with a major corporation
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, finance or business administration.
- Previous management experience essential
- Previous exposure to working in a partnership environment would be an advantage
- International experience is highly desired
- A can do attitude and team player mentality
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
