This role is ideal for a highly motivated product manager with experience in developing customer facing and internal tools, and passion for solving complex problems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D and Commercial to shape product strategy, prioritize key features, and launch new solutions that empower scientists worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure we deliver impactful, well-designed interactive sales tools and web experiences that customers love, such as the Experiment Builder and Grant Assistant in the 10x Store.
- Perform independent research to understand complex workflows, and uncover business cases for customer facing web functionality
- Drive consensus across cross-functional software and commercial leaders on features and initiatives
- Develop and implement internal processes by leveraging strong leadership, planning and collaboration skills.
- Develop customer/product requirements, prioritize projects and evaluate trade-offs.
- Communicate problems and solutions clearly to all levels and roles across the company.
- Analyze metrics and analytics to assess business impact and make data-driven product decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- 2 years of experience in product management.

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company's total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x's equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
