As a Supply Chain Specialist at 10X Health you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. This position requires strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain processes and be able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

OBJECTIVES
- Develop and implement cost analysis strategies to support savings initiatives and value enhancement projects
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the supply chain
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new vendors to optimize procurement processes
- Expedite and defer purchase orders as necessary to meet changing production schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and resolve any supply chain disruptions
- Assist in the management of projects related to contract implementation and communication strategies
- Respond promptly and positively to special assignments and additional tasks as required
- Communicate purchase orders and coordinate any changes or updates to ensure alignment with production schedules
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to supply chain processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs
- Maintain proactive and consistent attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring that all supply chain activities are executed with precision
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and Accounting & Finance, to ensure alignment and satisfaction with supply chain operations
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits and compliance checks
