Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights. This role requires proficiency in Tableau, as well as experience with various data technologies and methodologies. The Tableau Developer will work collaboratively within an Agile environment to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Duties
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for data analysis.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and other tools to derive meaningful insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Work with Big Data technologies and frameworks, ensuring efficient data processing and retrieval.
- Implement database design best practices to optimize performance and ensure data integrity.
- Utilize Talend for ETL processes, integrating data from various sources into Tableau for reporting purposes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of dashboard designs.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data analysis.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Spark is a plus.
- Experience with database design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of ETL processes using Talend or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on historical data.
- Understanding of Java is a nice-to-have but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
