Our client is seeking an associate with three to six years of experience, particularly in life sciences transactions, to join their Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions group in New York, Chicago, the Bay Area, Austin, or Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have experience in life sciences transactions and broader cross-industry technology and intellectual property transactions within M&A and other strategic commercial agreements, such as collaboration and license agreements, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements. Outstanding credentials and qualifications related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry are essential. A technical degree is not required.
