About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager / Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our audience lifecycle marketing programs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving audience engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will own the end-to-end audience journey, from onboarding to advocacy, and develop personalized campaigns that nurture and grow our owned audience. If you’re a strategic thinker who also thrives on executing high-impact campaigns, is a self starter and who takes initiative, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies : Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across all audience touchpoints (email, SMS) to drive engagement, retention, and participation.
- Map the audience journey : Analyze audience behavior and identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and optimization across all 11 : 11 Media platforms and content.
- Create personalized campaigns : Design and execute targeted campaigns with excellence based on audience segmentation, behavior, and lifecycle stage, with a focus on personalization and creating unique experiences.
- Drive audience activation and onboarding : Develop programs to effectively onboard new fans and followers and drive early engagement with 11 : 11 Media content.
- Drive customer lifetime value : Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer / audience lifetime value through deeper engagement with 11 : 11 Media content, talent, and experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with creative, social, brand partnerships, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze and report on performance : Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices : Research and implement the latest lifecycle marketing trends and technologies in the media and entertainment industries.
- Audience Engagement : Leverage data and insights to create meaningful, tailored customer journeys that enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Promote 11 : 11 Media content : Develop strategies to promote 11 : 11 Media's original content and IP across various platforms.
