What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at 110 Grill?
110 Grill Hopkinton is now hiring servers. We are looking for both full-time and part-time availability. Nights and weekends are required, however, we do offer flexible schedules.

- Servers are the front-line engagers of the restaurant.
- Servers are responsible for “hosting” their experience. The national standard for greeting guests is 30 seconds.
- Must have knowledge of all menu items and ingredients in order to best serve our guests.
- Must be able to answer any and all guest questions regarding our menu, including food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability, and 110 Grill policies.
- Must know all steps of service and provide polished service at the guests’ pace.
- Must be engaging, enthusiastic, and personable at tables in order for the guest to have a pleasurable dining experience.
- Must maintain eye contact and presence in their section.
- Must be a team player and help wherever necessary: answering the phone, helping seat guests, refilling/prebussing other servers tables, running food, completing running side work.
- Must be willing to perform any tasks delegated by management.
- Approach all tables with enthusiasm and be able to explain our concept for food and service.
- Must complete opening and closing side work, which includes set up and breakdown of the dining room daily.
- Must be able to work as a team to complete running side work, which includes running food/beverage, resetting tables, and restocking wait stations.
