Essential Job Duties:

Program, setup, and operate, CNC Press Brake.

Measure and form sheet metal parts in accordance with established specifications.

Perform set-up procedures on designated machine in accordance with project specifications established through blueprints, drawings, and/or templates.

Read and interpret blueprints.

Inspect dimensions of finished product using various hand measurement tools to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain Press Brake equipment and tooling

Support other related plant operations as required
Minimum Qualifications:

3 years CNC Press Brake experience

Basic math and blueprint reading skills

Must be able to pass written exam

High School graduate or GED
-
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.

Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds of force frequently, and 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Mental and Visual Demand:
-
Close mental and visual attention to control machines or processes at a rapid pace that requires close coordination and fine adjustment.

Near visual acuity is required for reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, precision measuring instruments, and inspection of parts.
Salary : $22 - $25
