Essential Job Duties:

• Program, setup, and operate, CNC Press Brake.

• Measure and form sheet metal parts in accordance with established specifications.

• Perform set-up procedures on designated machine in accordance with project specifications established through blueprints, drawings, and/or templates.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Inspect dimensions of finished product using various hand measurement tools to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain Press Brake equipment and tooling

• Support other related plant operations as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years CNC Press Brake experience

• Basic math and blueprint reading skills

• Must be able to pass written exam

• High School graduate or GED

• Pass pre-employment drug screen

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.

• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds of force frequently, and 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Mental and Visual Demand:

• Close mental and visual attention to control machines or processes at a rapid pace that requires close coordination and fine adjustment.

• Near visual acuity is required for reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, precision measuring instruments, and inspection of parts.

Salary : $22 - $25
