Summary :
The Accounts Payable Team Lead will provide leadership and guidance within the Accounts Payable team at Applied Corporate. The Accounts Payable team is very high volume and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve escalated issues with vendors / suppliers and counsel team members on effective resolution.
- Work with the other Accounts Payable Supervisors and Manager to train / develop the team members, set goals, and provide service to suppliers and internal colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Supervisors to improve processes and develop training materials.
- Lead regular meeting with AP team members to provide updates, identify potential areas for improvement, and address team member questions / concerns.
