We are seeking an organized professional to join our team as an IT Shared Services Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, overseeing project accounting activities, and optimizing telecommunication systems to enhance overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement and accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage matching process including coding and submitting vendor invoices for payment
- Work closely with project managers to track project spend against approved budgets
- Prepare and present project procurement spend reports to senior management
