Position Highlights: Position: Manager, Physician Billing Coding, Quality, Auditing and Education Hourly Pay Range: $38.67-$59.94/hour. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors Location: Warrenville, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules] Position Summary: The Manager, PB Coding Quality, Auditing and Education, is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs system-wide that ensures healthcare providers are compliant with regulatory requirements, coding standards, and organizational policies. This role involves leading a team of educators and auditors, conducting education initiatives, overseeing internal audits, and promoting continuous improvement to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency in healthcare delivery What you will do: Develop and execute education programs focused on coding accuracy, compliance, and regulatory updates. Create and distribute educational materials, including Tip Sheets, Newsletters, and Presentations. Collaborate with providers to identify educational needs and deliver tailored training sessions. Ensure education aligns with CMS/NGS and industry standards such as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS. Manage the internal auditing process to evaluate the accuracy of coding, billing, and documentation. Develop auditing plans, schedules, and protocols in compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements. Manage and address provider’s coding questions and support customer service in reviewing patient’s coding-related billing complaints and concerns.
