Mental Health Clinical Therapist I - Adolescent Therapy - Days Position Highlights: Position: Mental Health Clinical Therapist I Hourly Pay Range: $28.05-$45.69. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Location: Deerfield, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hours: 40 hours; 8am-4:30pm Required Travel: No What you will do: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to provide holistic, individualized patient care using therapeutic interventions, specifically CBT and DBT Provide accurate and thorough psychosocial assessment that are consistent with age and developmental status Provides counseling to patients and their families Leads and facilities group sessions within the program parameters Discharge planning What you will need: Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Certification: n/a License: Active license in the state of Illinois in social work or counseling; Preferred: LCSW, LCPC; Required: LPC, LSW Experience: Experience with group, individual, and family therapy. Experience with adolescents and families in crisis. Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
