Position Highlights: Position: Phlebotomist II - Patient Service Centers Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $19.31 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. Location: Patient Service Centers - Lake County, IL Locations Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts, e/o weekend and rotating holidays Required Travel: Yes What you will do: Perform a variety of routine and special phlebotomy procedures as authorized by the Manager/Director Responsible for ordering tests into the Laboratory and Hospital computer systems and documenting Lab receipt of specimens Collect patient specimens in accordance with test requirements and in a manner which is appropriate for the age and/or specific patient population served Collect blood samples for specific tests ensuring volume is adequate and correct tubes are utilized What you will need: License: N/A Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience Certification: CPR-BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider required and PBT (ASCP) certification preferred Experience: Phlebotomy training experience strongly preferred Skills: Good communication and organization skills, moderate computer skills needed, reliable transportation to travel between sites required, strong customer service skills.
