Physical Therapist II – Outpatient – Days, Evenings Position Highlights: Position: Physical Therapist II - Outpatient - Days, Evenings Hourly Pay Range: $38.00-$59.94 Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $38.67 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
