Position Purpose:
As a Banquet House Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet events. Your primary responsibility is to set up and break down event spaces, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Essential Functions:
- Set up function rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment.
- Break down function rooms after events, ensuring proper cleaning and storage of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, and storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils.
- Stock supplies as needed.
- Assist guests with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in banquets, is preferred.
