About the Role:
We are seeking a Banquets Server to join our team at Mondrian South Beach. As a Banquets Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the Banquets Manager to ensure that all guests have a memorable experience. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down banquet events according to the Banquets Manager's instructions
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all guests' needs are met throughout the event
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Banquets Manager
