Handyman – Extendicare Guildwood

What you’ll be doing
- General Maintenance around the facility including Mechanical repairs, patchwork, painting, plumbing, minor electrical work, servicing of equipment, furnishings, fixtures and outside grounds as well as general carpentry work.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or delegate.
What you bring
- Highschool Diploma
- AODA trained
- Knowledgeable in WHMIS, OH & S and must have mechanical aptitude and be able to read and write the English language.
- Experience in patchwork, painting and wallpapering preferred
- Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
- Must be able to do moderate to heavy lifting.
