Certification Details BLS MRT ACLS Job Details Operates all cath lab equipment and digital processing equipment. Performs all cath lab duties such as scrub assistant, X-ray equipment operation and digital processing as indicated. Contributes to the general operation of the department by picking up supplies, stocking supplies, and keeping the work area orderly. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development to perform procedures on and assist in the care of the adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required. Bachelor’s of Science Degree preferred. 1 year of Cath Lab experience preferred. Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) or Louisiana State Radiologic Technology (LSRT) license in the state of employment is required. BLS required. ARRT preferred. ACLS preferred. Schedule Information 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm, variable day off weekly on 10-hour shifts
