Department HR Administration Job Summary The Provider Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition provides support to recruiters, applicants, employees, and hiring leaders in the recruitment and screening process, including event planning and advertising. Conducts pre-employment resume reviews, screening interviews, reference checks and responds to routine questions on HR policy. Supports the pre-employment phase of hiring process, as needed, based on new hire volumes. Essential Functions: Supports the Talent Acquisition Partners during internal and external recruiting processes, including providing excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting phone screens, documentation, moving candidates through workflows, advertising jobs, conducting basic candidate outreach, and validating minimum qualifications to determine hiring eligibility. (30%) Evaluate applications and disposition in accordance with current policies and employment laws. Makes recommendations to improve processes and implement new program and/or procedures as part of process improvement teams. (25%) Demonstrates problem solving skills when navigating issues that may arise during the recruitment process, including liaising with internal and external partners. Maintains effective communication and good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization. (25%) Organizes and attends external and internal career fairs, hiring events, open houses, etc. (10%) Provides back-up to Onboarding Coordinators with pre-employment criteria including background checks, other new hire documentation, accounts for network access, new hire orientation, and compliance per policy and regulatory agencies. (10%) Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Work Experience: 1-3 years of general Human Resources or related experience Required and One year of recruiting experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrate professional and operational knowledge of the multiple HR functional areas. Maintains a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Able to meet stringent deadlines. Working knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures in Human Resources. Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably with Excel. Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably with Workday. Experience with Application Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
