Position Overview:

Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience with two-stage and tri-stage paint applications
- Expert color matching and correction capabilities
- Proficient in refinish product knowledge and application
- Skilled in automotive refinish mixing systems and software
- Experienced with estimating software and writing estimates
- Ability to perform seamless blend panels
- Expertise in proper masking techniques
- Proficient in applying stripes and graphics
- Capable of identifying and addressing surface imperfections
- Basic computer skills for paint systems
- Paint manufacturer training and certification
Technical Requirements:
- Ability to spray smooth metallic finishes without mottling
- Expertise in clearcoat application with consistent results
- Proper mixing and catalyzing of all paint materials
- Capability to perform quality control inspections
- Knowledge of single-stage paint application
