Job Summary
The Storage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring efficient management of inventory, staff, and customer service. This role requires a strong focus on retail management, administrative tasks, and team leadership to drive sales and maintain high standards of service. The Storage Manager will play a crucial role in employee orientation and training while managing payroll and other administrative duties.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Lead and train staff through effective employee orientation programs to enhance team performance.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue while providing exceptional customer service.
• Supervise team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
• Assist in the development of promotional campaigns to drive sales within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area to ensure safety and efficiency.
